Meet the person behind the camera

Hello,
I’m Emanuele.

A photographer based in Lymm, with a curiosity for light, people and the places around us.

I’m Vice-President of Lymm Photographic Society and the photographer behind Natural Beauty Photo. My work spans portraiture, travel, nature and the details that catch my eye along the way.

My photographs have been published on Vogue Italia’s PhotoVogue platform (opens in a new tab), and my portrait work has appeared in Selin and Artells. See the supplied publication pages below.

For me, photography begins with noticing. Where is the light? What draws your attention? What could you leave out of the frame? The camera settings help turn those observations into a photograph.

That is the starting point for these courses: learn to look, understand the tools, and enjoy the process of making something of your own.

I’m bilingual in English and Italian. My Italian perspective shapes how I notice design, gesture and the mood of light. I’m happy to teach in either language and arrange a dedicated Italian lesson for one person or a small group.

New for 2026

A new programme.
Experience built over years.

Cheshire Photo Courses is new. The photography behind it is not. The courses draw on years of practical work, published and awarded images, and Emanuele’s active role in Lymm’s photographic community. The site does not claim a history of students or show testimonials that have not yet been earned.

Learning something new is easier when you can ask for help. With a maximum of four people, each beginner day course gives us time to work through the essentials and connect them to your own photography.

You can begin with taking photographs, or work on the images you already have in the Lightroom course. Both are designed for beginners.

For a shared evening behind the camera, join Photography night with photo-friends: female portrait practice with a professional model, in a group of up to 8 photographers.
