Cheshire Photo Courses is a service provided by THINKITTECH LTD. Questions about your information can be sent to hello@cheshirephotocourses.co.uk.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, course interest and preferred teaching language. You can also provide an optional photography profile covering your confidence with key concepts, experience, preferred subjects, motivations and course goals, plus an additional message. This information is sent to our enquiry mailbox so that Emanuele can reply, discuss availability and tailor the conversation to what you want to learn.
Please only include information relevant to your enquiry. No payment information is collected through this website, and submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Why we use your information
For course enquiries, we process the information needed to take steps at your request before entering a booking contract. For general questions and basic website security, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to correspondence and protecting this service. We use Google Analytics only with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
We do not use enquiry information for automated decisions or profiling.
How your information is handled
We use the details you provide to respond to your request and discuss a potential booking. Our website hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver those services. Enquiry messages are handled in our email system; this website does not maintain a separate database of enquiries.
Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to manage your request and any resulting booking. You can contact us to ask about the information we hold, or to request correction or deletion. Any information we must retain for a legal obligation will be handled separately from routine enquiries.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses essential cookies and local storage to keep the enquiry form secure and remember your privacy choice. It also offers optional cookies that help us understand and improve the site. At present, the optional category consists of Google Analytics cookies. They are not loaded or set before you choose “Accept optional cookies”, and rejecting them does not affect the rest of the site.
Optional analytics cookies
When enabled, Google Analytics may receive information such as the pages and page titles you view, the referring site, approximate location derived from your network address, and browser or device information. We use measurement ID G-4S3TVP57NX to understand overall site use and improve the website. We do not send the name, email address, message or photography profile entered in the enquiry form to Google Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the site’s tag configuration.
Google processes Analytics information on our behalf and may process it outside the UK, including in the United States, subject to its contractual and international-transfer safeguards. User-level Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting applied to the Analytics property; aggregated reports may be kept for longer. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Choosing “Reject optional cookies” stops further Analytics collection on that page and removes Analytics cookies that this site can access. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser.
Technical information & security
The hosting server may record technical access logs, including network addresses and requested pages. To reduce abuse of the enquiry form, the website also keeps limited technical records of submission attempts, using a hashed network address and an expiry time. These records do not contain your name, email or message.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, you can also request erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy of information you have provided. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
