Photography and Lightroom lessons can be taught entirely in Italian. Ask questions and work through the technical terms in the language you feel most comfortable using, with time to try things for yourself.

Practise Italian while taking photographs: talk about colours, light and what you see. We can mix Italian conversation with English explanations, at a pace that feels comfortable.
Photography remains the focus, with informal conversation adapted to your Italian level. Come on your own, with friends, or ask about a session for your conversation group. Tell me your starting level and how many people would join.

Find a photograph in the places you know.
You do not need a special trip to practise photography. A familiar street, a view across open space or a small detail can help you understand framing and light. We can begin with photographs you already have, then choose an exercise that tackles one frustration at a time.
Compare town and countryside subjects
In Runcorn or Widnes, an agreed local route can help us practise lines, shapes and a changing viewpoint. For Frodsham or Helsby, we can also discuss a countryside session, choosing a route that fits your mobility and the conditions.
Follow your photographs into Lightroom
An indoor session can focus on choosing images, adjusting exposure and colour, and exporting copies to share. Tell me which Lightroom edition and laptop you use so we can agree a practical starting point.
How it works
Choose the town that works for you.
Tell me whether Runcorn, Widnes, Frodsham or Helsby suits you, and whether you would prefer to meet outdoors or work at home on your camera or editing. We agree a specific location before booking. For an outdoor session, tell me about any access needs and how much walking you would like to do.
A private lesson can be for you alone or a small group of friends. I will confirm the proposed length, meeting arrangements and total price, including any travel or agreed venue costs. If you prefer one of the published beginner group courses, those are held in Lymm and have their own prices and date status.

Yes, you can enquire for Runcorn, Widnes, Frodsham or Helsby. I arrange tuition at a suitable location with you; there is no fixed local classroom advertised here.
Can I learn without a long walk?
Yes. Tell me what is comfortable for you. We can discuss a short route, exercises in one suitable location or an indoor session.
Can our group practise Italian too?
Yes, ask about photography with informal Italian conversation. Tell me how many people would join and how much Italian they know, so we can agree a comfortable pace with English support when useful.
